These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the shop at shop.purplpros.com and any purchase you make from Delta 9 Distribution, trading as Purpl Pros EU ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Purpl Pros EU is the European distributor for the Purpl Pro cannabis testing device. For questions about these Terms, contact support@purplpros.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm this is the case.

3. Products

We take care to describe products accurately, but minor differences in colour, packaging or specifications may occur as manufacturers update their designs. Product images are illustrative. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in EUR and, where applicable, include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm the order.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before the order is dispatched. In that case we will contact you and offer a refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email that the order has been accepted and dispatched. We may refuse an order at our discretion, for example in case of suspected fraud, an unavailable product, or delivery to a country we cannot ship to.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across the EU using tracked carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please see our Return Policy for the full procedure.

8. Warranty

All Purpl Pro devices come with a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer law. See the Return Policy for how to claim warranty.

9. Correct use of the product

The Purpl Pro is a professional testing device. You are responsible for using it in accordance with local laws in your country of residence. We do not sell, endorse or supply cannabis or any controlled substance.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this shop — logos, text, images, video and design — is owned by Purpl Pros EU or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, extreme weather, carrier failures, or acts of government.

13. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands or of your country of residence. Consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
