2. Data we collect

  • Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, ordered items.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Stripe/Costplus). We never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed — collected via cookies and analytics.
  • Communication data: messages you send to our support team.

3. How we use your data

  • To process and ship your orders (legal basis: contract).
  • To handle returns, warranty and customer support (legal basis: contract / legal obligation).
  • To comply with tax and accounting laws (legal basis: legal obligation, kept for 7 years).
  • To improve our shop and prevent fraud (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To send marketing emails — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We share your data only with processors who help us run the shop: payment providers, shipping carriers, email/hosting providers, and accounting software. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and only act on our instructions. We never sell your data.

Order and invoice data: 7 years (tax law). Support conversations: up to 3 years. Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
